What is the A & M Party Rentals policy on inclement weather?
Cancellations due to inclement weather will not be charged a fee. Bounce houses may not be used in windy conditions over 18MPH. If windy or rainy weather is predicted we will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome. If you are unsure if the weather conditions are safe, please give us a call at 214-697-9159.

What do we do if the inflatable is up and it begins to rain?
Have everyone exit the unit, unplug the unit and place the blower somewhere out of the rain. Once the rain passes the unit is safe to use again. Contact us at 214-697-9159 with any questions or concerns.

Does A & M Party Rental, LLC have a business license?
Yes, we are licensed, insured and state inspected.

Are the bounce houses clean?
Yes, all items and cleaned and sanitized between uses.

Are there any cleaning fees?
Cleaning is included in the price of the rental unless an unauthorized item is used in or near the bounce house (silly string, food, drinks).Silly string can cause irreparable damage to the unit. Additional cleaning fees will start at $50.00

Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
No deposit is required. However, we ask that if you need to cancel to please contact us at 214-697-9159 as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to rent the unit to another customer.

Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, our delivery area includes Community ISD area, Wylie, Sasche, Farmersville, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Fate, Royse City, Rockwall and surrounding areas. Please call 214-697-9159 for questions regarding delivery area. We may charge an additional fee for deliveries out of our normal delivery area. Remember prices do not include sales tax

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?
We do not charge a fee for cancellation or reschedule. We do ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we have the opportunity to rent the unit out to another customer.

When do I have to pay for the rental of the equipment?
Payments are due upon delivery. We accept cash, major credit cards, paypal, venmo and cash app.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. We CAN NOT set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the units.


When will the rental equipment be dropped off? What time will the rental equipment be picked up? Drop off depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-4 hours before the event time begins. If we have several rentals that day, we may need to set up several hours in advance. Rentals are at least 6 hours but in most cases we offer overnight rentals for Friday and Saturdays. We will contact you about 3 days before your event to set up a 2 hour drop off window that is convenient for you.

How much space is required for setup and proper use of the Bounce house?
You should add about 5 foot to the dimensions. For example, a 13X13 unit would need 18x18 area of space. Please keep overhanging trees and power lines in mind.

Can I use a bounce house at a park?
Yes, bounce houses can be used at parks. A responsible adult must stay with the bounce house at all times. Most parks do not have reliable power. We recommend that you also include a generator in your rental. Some parks may require proof of insurance. We are happy to provide that at your request.

How safe are your bounce houses?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. We can also set up on concrete. Please let us know when ordering which surface we will be setting up on.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
No. Once our crew has secured the unit you may turn off the blower until you are ready to use the unit.

Do you offer customer pick-ups?
At this time we do not offer customer pick-ups.

Does A and M Party Rental, LLC rent by the Hour?
We do not rent units by the hour. We take the setup and cleaning of our Bounce houses and Water slides very seriously. Some companies feel they can rent units twice in 1 day by offering 4 hour rentals and maintain clean bounce houses and on time deliveries. It has been our experience over the years that we have had customers call because their bounce was dirty or did not show up when they have rented from other companies. We feel as though we would be offering our customers a disservice by doing so. Therefore, we only rent our jumps and slides out once a day. This gives us time to make sure our inflatables are inspected, sanitized and properly cleaned.

What is required of the set up area?
We will need a fairly flat, clean area with an outlet within 50 feet of the blower (we have generators for rent if we are to far away from an electrical source ). Please clean up any sticks, rocks or doggy poo before we get there. We will not be able to setup in an area covered in rocks, sticks or dog poo. We have posted the area needed for setup in each of the unit descriptions. These are actual minimum areas and we will require at least this amount of space listed for setup. Do I need to supply anything?
A and M Party Rental, LLC will include everything needed to set up within 50 feet of a power supply. Please make sure there is a clean area for set-up, remove any branches, rocks or sharp objects. If you are renting a water slide you will need to supply your own hose.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (ex: not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for damages, including replacement of the unit/blower etc. Which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules. You may also purchase a "damage waiver." Damage waivers are 7% of you rental and we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your rental EXCLUDING intentional damage or theft. (ex: Rental = $250, Damage Waiver = $17.50)
